Serve Fresh Cow’s Milk

If you want to dish out cow’s milk, there are some steps the best to do;

  1. Use a low fire, each one liter required 5 minutes to boil, after it’s boiled and its foam rise, Turn off the fire and milk is ready to be served.
  2. If you don’t have much time to wait, you can use a medium fire after milk has warmed, then stir it till boiled.
  3. To avoid milk get burnt, dab butter inside the pan. It’s also prevents seethe’s milk brim over the pan.
  4. To warm milk in order not to break, keep using low fire while stirring. This is for keeping emulsion stable. A milk emulsion is casein (milk protein).
